It does not replace professional legal, tax, licensing, insurance, accounting, human resources, consumer protection, telemarketing, call recording, or construction compliance advice. Contractor clients remain responsible for their own business licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, estimates, customer agreements, pricing, safety practices, worker classification, customer communications, and legal compliance.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TrueNotch Pro™, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Description of service
TrueNotch Pro™ is software for assisted contractor front-office support, customer communication continuity, and business opportunity visibility.
3. User accounts and roles
The app supports admin, manager, agent, and contractor client roles. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Do not share login credentials.
4. Contractor client responsibility
Contractor clients are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, including services offered, services not offered, hours, service boundaries, and customer communication requirements. See Client Responsibilities.
5. Agent and manager responsibility
Agents and managers are responsible for following contractor instructions and the Agent Standards page.
6. Call intake responsibility
Users entering customer or call information are responsible for accuracy and for collecting only the information needed for the service request.
7. No legal, tax, licensing, insurance, financial, or construction advice
TrueNotch Pro™ does not provide legal, tax, licensing, insurance, financial, accounting, telemarketing, call recording, or construction compliance advice. Always consult a qualified professional.
8. Customer information entered by users
You represent that you have the right to collect and enter any customer information you submit to the app, and that you will use it lawfully.
9. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful business purposes related to contractor front-office support.
10. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access or scraping
- Uploading malware or harmful code
- Harassment, discrimination, or abuse
- Misuse of customer information
- Violating licensing, telemarketing, consumer protection, or privacy laws
11. Subscription and payment disclaimer
Payment processing and subscription billing are not enabled. Pricing shown on the Pricing page is for planning purposes only.
12. Beta disclaimer
TrueNotch Pro™ is in beta development. Features may change. Demo data may be used during testing.
13. No guarantees
We do not guarantee leads, sales, appointments, customer conversion, job booking, revenue, response time, or contractor performance.
14. Intellectual property
TrueNotch Pro™ and its software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
15. User content
You retain ownership of content you enter. You grant TrueNotch Pro™ a limited right to host, store, and process that content to provide the service.
16. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or events outside our control.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueNotch Pro™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost leads, lost revenue, or customer disputes.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify TrueNotch Pro™ against claims arising from your use of the app, your customer communications, your business operations, or your violation of these terms.
20. Updates to terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
