Effective Date: June 29, 2026 · Last Updated: June 29, 2026 · Policy v1.0 · Terms v1.0

Beta: TrueNotch Pro™ is currently in beta. Some features may be tested with demo data before public launch. Payment processing, SMS messaging, call recording, automated dialing, and third-party phone integrations are not enabled.

Contractor clients are responsible for keeping their business information accurate inside TrueNotch Pro™, including:

  • Business name
  • Service area
  • Services offered
  • Services not offered
  • Business hours
  • Emergency rules
  • Escalation contacts
  • Pricing rules
  • Estimate rules
  • Appointment availability
  • Notification preferences
  • Licensing and insurance information
  • Customer communication rules

Why it matters

TrueNotch Pro™ relies on the information provided by the contractor client. If the contractor client gives incomplete or inaccurate instructions, agent workflow may also be incomplete or inaccurate.

Business compliance

Contractor clients remain responsible for their own business licenses, permits, insurance, bonding (where required), taxes, worker classification, estimates, customer agreements, pricing, safety practices, customer communications, and legal compliance. See Compliance Overview.

Customer information

Contractor clients are responsible for using customer information lawfully, including following telemarketing, do-not-call, consent, and privacy rules in their state and trade.

Updating information

Keep contractor client profile data current. Outdated escalation contacts or service area information can cause customer issues.

Not legal advice. The current release template language should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch or pilot use.
