Agent obligations
By using TrueNotch Pro™ as an agent, you agree to the following:
- Use contractor client and customer data only for authorized business purposes.
- Do not copy, export, or download customer lists outside approved tools.
- Do not contact customers without appropriate authorization.
- Do not share contractor-client data with other contractor clients or outside parties.
- Do not use customer data for personal marketing, side projects, or solicitation.
- Do not bypass access controls or attempt to view records you are not authorized to access.
- Do not misuse notes, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, or pricing information.
- Report suspected data incidents immediately to a manager or admin.
- Follow all applicable call recording, SMS, and email consent requirements.
- Keep login credentials private and use a strong, unique password.
Acknowledgment
Agents must acknowledge these rules before handling live customer information.
Consequences
Violations may result in suspension, termination of agent access, and reporting to applicable authorities where required by law.
