Current status
TrueNotch Pro™ does not currently process payments in the current release. When paid subscriptions or call center service packages are activated, refund and cancellation terms will be presented before payment is collected.
Planned terms (draft)
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelable before the next billing cycle.
- Fees already paid may be non-refundable unless required by law.
- Call center service packages may have separate usage limits.
- Overage fees may apply only if clearly disclosed before billing.
- Billing errors can be reviewed and corrected.
- Beta pricing may be subject to special terms.
