What is a security incident?

A security incident is suspected or confirmed unauthorized access to, disclosure of, alteration of, or destruction of personal information stored in TrueNotch Pro™. This includes contractor client records, customer contact information, call notes, follow-ups, leads, and agent activity.

Our response

  • Investigate suspected unauthorized access promptly upon discovery.
  • Contain and remediate the issue using reasonable security practices.
  • Preserve relevant logs and evidence for review.
  • Coordinate with hosting and service providers as needed.

Notification

If notice is legally required, affected users, contractor clients, and customers will be notified without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable law and any law-enforcement instructions. Notices will describe the nature of the incident, the information involved, and recommended steps, to the extent known and lawful to disclose.

What you should do

  • Keep your account email current so we can reach you.
  • Use a strong, unique password and do not share credentials.
  • Report any suspected misuse immediately to sophia@bhcsvc.com.
