These terms govern use of Choice Labz™. They are written to be read. Final legal language is being prepared for counsel review, and this draft is marked accordingly.

Educational nature of the service

Choice Labz™ provides fictional, educational decision practice. It does not provide legal, clinical, therapeutic, or emergency services, and using it does not create any professional relationship. Nothing in the product is a prediction, evaluation, or recommendation about any real person, case, or custody arrangement.

Acceptable use

Do not use Choice Labz™ content as evidence about any real person or proceeding.
Do not attempt to access another person's account or another organization's data.
Do not use the platform to monitor, track, or profile anyone.

Accounts and organizations

Participants control their own accounts. Organizations that assign scenarios can see completion records only: pathway, scenario, date, and verification id. They cannot see choices or reflections, because the platform does not store them.
