Privacy Center

Family decision practice touches sensitive moments, so privacy is structural here, not just a policy. This page explains what exists, what does not, and the controls you hold.

What we never collect

  • The choices you make inside a scenario. Branching happens on your device and is never transmitted.
  • Your written reflections. The notes field in a scenario never leaves your browser.
  • Behavioral profiles, risk scores, cooperation ratings, or anything resembling a dossier.
  • Advertising identifiers. There are no ads and no ad trackers anywhere in the product.

What we do store, and why

  • Account basics: email, and an optional display name.
  • Completion records: pathway, scenario, date, and a verification id. When a completion follows an assignment, the assigning organization can see that record, and only that record.
  • Administrative records for organizations: membership, assignments, and an audit trail of staff actions.
  • Product analytics limited to public marketing pages: page views and performance, with no autocapture, no session recording, and no user identification.

Your controls

You can delete your own completion records at any time from Settings. Organizations can configure retention windows for their own administrative data. See Data controls for the full picture.

Commitments

We do not sell family or youth data, do not run targeted advertising, and do not train unrelated commercial AI models on identifiable participant content. Formal legal language for this page is being prepared for counsel review; the commitments above describe how the product is actually built.
