Data controls

Who controls what, stated concretely. The short version: your practice is yours, and there is very little data to control because we collect very little.

For participants

Delete your completion records at any time from Settings.
Your scenario choices and written reflections are never sent to our servers, so there is nothing to delete there. Clearing your browser removes them.
Request a copy or deletion of your account data through the contact page.

For organizations

Configure a retention window for your organization's completion records.
Cancel assignments; cancellation removes the assignment, never the participant's account.
Export your organization's completion records (pathway, scenario, date, verification id) for your own records.

Retention by design

Completion records exist so a program can verify that practice happened. When a retention window is configured, records age out automatically. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond. Audit logs are retained for security accountability.
