Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver services, and we explain plainly how that information is used.
Last updated: August 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through forms on this website, such as your name, email address, organization, location, and the details you include in your message or intake responses.
We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, and general usage data, to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use information
Information submitted through this site is used to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- Provide, coordinate, and improve coaching, training, facilitation, and mediation services
- Send information you request about services or programs
- Maintain records required for business, reporting, or contractual purposes
Online accounts and beta applications
Contact requests, beta applications, and information you choose to save in a My Brighter Pathway™ account are transmitted securely and stored in our protected systems. Beta application information is used to review participation, communicate decisions, manage access, and understand whether the testing group reflects the people the experience is intended to serve.
Submitting a beta application does not grant product access. Only selected applicants receive a time limited account entitlement, and applicant details and internal review notes are restricted to authorized staff.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who support our operations (such as email, scheduling, or hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Where a separate organization is involved in an engagement, for example a school, program sponsor, employer, or a related staffing resource such as Northside Staffing, LLC, information is shared only as needed for that engagement and consistent with any agreement in place.
Confidentiality in services
Coaching and mediation engagements are handled with professional discretion under the terms of the applicable service agreement. Confidentiality in mediation is governed by the terms of that engagement and applicable law and is not unlimited.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
This website is directed to adults and organizations. Where services are delivered to minors through a school or program, participation and any related information are handled through that organization and its consent processes.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by contacting us at sophia@bhcsvc.com. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site and services evolve. Questions about this policy can be directed to the contact address listed in the site footer.
