Commitment
Accessibility
Career support only works if people can actually reach it. We build this site and our services with accessibility in mind and welcome feedback when we fall short.

Our commitment
Brighter Horizons Career & Development Services™ is committed to making this website and our services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard.
What we've implemented
Current measures on this site include:
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and logical heading order
- A skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus indicators
- Color contrast targets for text and interactive elements
- Labels and error messages on all form fields
- Responsive layouts and tap targets sized for touch devices
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer minimal animation
Accessible service delivery
We provide reasonable accommodations for coaching sessions, workshops, training, and mediation. Examples include virtual delivery of individual services, materials in alternative formats, extended session time, and coordination with an organization's accessibility staff. Please tell us what you need when you book so we can plan for it.
Known limitations
This is a first-version build and accessibility work is ongoing. Some interactive components and downloadable materials may not yet be fully optimized. We prioritize fixes based on impact and report progress as improvements are released.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this site or need content in another format, contact us at sophia@bhcsvc.com and describe the page and the difficulty. We will respond and work toward a resolution.
