By accessing or using TradeAnchor Desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

TradeAnchor Desk is a self-service workflow tool for contractor owners to organize leads, customers, follow-ups, estimates, notes, and business setup information. It is not a call center, virtual receptionist, or agent-assisted service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

TradeAnchor Desk is an organization and workflow tool for contractor owners. It does not replace professional legal, tax, licensing, insurance, accounting, financial, construction, safety, or compliance advice. Contractors remain responsible for their own licenses, permits, insurance, bonding, taxes, estimates, customer contracts, pricing, safety practices, worker classification, communications, and legal compliance.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter customer or lead information into TradeAnchor Desk and for using that information lawfully.

Use the service for lawful contractor workflow purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• Unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful activity
• Uploading malware or attempting to breach security
• Reverse engineering or copying the service
• Using the app to spam, defraud, or mislead customers
• Collecting data you do not have the right to collect

Nothing in TradeAnchor Desk is legal, tax, licensing, insurance, financial, accounting, safety, or construction compliance advice. Consult qualified professionals.

Estimates created in the app are organizational records. You are responsible for final pricing, scope, taxes, permits, customer approval, written terms, and all business decisions.

TradeAnchor Desk is currently an beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

Payment processing and subscription billing are not enabled during the beta. No cards are collected and no charges are made. When paid plans are activated, billing terms will be presented before payment is collected.

TradeAnchor Desk does not guarantee leads, customers, jobs, contracts, revenue, estimate acceptance, or any business outcome.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TradeAnchor Desk a limited license to host and process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

The TradeAnchor Desk name, branding, software, and content are owned by TradeAnchor Desk or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may temporarily affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm others, or create legal risk. You may close your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAnchor Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

You agree to indemnify TradeAnchor Desk against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
