TradeAnchor Desk is software for contractor owners to organize leads, customers, follow-ups, estimates, notes, business setup information, and owner workflow. It is a self-service tool for the contractor. It is not a call center, virtual receptionist, or agent-assisted service.

3. Customer and Lead Information
Contractor users are responsible for making sure they have the right to enter customer or lead information into the app. TradeAnchor Desk does not independently verify customer consent, contractor licensing, contracts, insurance, or customer agreements.

No real SMS messages are sent, no payment processing is connected, no subscription billing is processed, and no call recording is enabled in the current beta. If any of these features is activated later, this Privacy Policy will be updated first.
