Refund Policy
Plain-English summary of how refunds will work when paid subscriptions are activated.
Beta notice. TrueNotch™ is in beta. New accounts get free beta access with no credit card required. Beta access is promotional and limited, and pricing may change before general release. When billing is switched on you choose a paid plan to continue using paid capabilities; your data is never deleted. Some plan capabilities are not available during the beta.
Current status
TrueNotch™ does not currently process payments during the beta. No cards are collected, no subscriptions are billed, and no charges are made. When paid subscriptions are activated, refund terms will be presented before payment is collected.
Planned future refund policy (draft)
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelable before the next billing cycle.
- Fees already paid may be non-refundable unless required by law.
- Billing errors can be reviewed and corrected.
- Beta pricing may be subject to special terms.
